OCEMA has adopted a recommended Best Practice for Detention and Demurrage Dispute Resolution Processes. The Best Practice, which was developed by OCEMA’s Detention and Demurrage Process Committee, calls for clear, simple, and accessible dispute resolution processes for detention and demurrage charges.
