The
Senior Steering Committee acts as OCEMA's Board of Directors
and deals with major policy issues and budgetary matters.
OPERATIONS
COUNCIL
The Operations Committee oversees the working level committees
that do not report directly to the Senior Steering Committee.
It is the primary forum for the discussion of technical
and operational issues.
