OCEMA STANDING COMMITTEES

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE The Executive Committee acts as OCEMA's Board of Directors and deals with major policy issues and budgetary matters. The Senior Steering Committee is comprised of Senior representatives from each OCEMA member line and is the primary forum for high level policy discussions. OPERATIONS COUNCIL The Operations Committee oversees the working level committees that do not report directly to the Senior Steering Committee. It is the primary forum for the discussion of technical and operational issues.
